BJ Tidwell Cabinetry is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Gregory has been selected as the BJ Tidwell Cabinetry Chief Operating Officer effective December 18, 2017.01/09/2018
As the Chief Operating Officer of BJ Tidwell Cabinetry, Mr. Gregory will provide leadership and direction to the organization. The COO shall have accountability, responsibility and authority for the management of the day to day operations.
Mr. Gregory has held Management level roles with Norcraft Cabinets and American Woodmark Cabinets and has experience in multiple facilities as well as serving on many Corporate teams and projects. He has over 25 years of respected professional management experience in the cabinet field and in other manufacturing environments in which he gained working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools as well as Six Sigma, ISO and ASME processes and requirements. Mr. Gregory is known for creating reliable processes, improving material flow and developing teams to propel an organization forward. Mr. Gregory is also an Army Veteran serving during Desert Storm.
Mr. Gregory is well qualified for our new COO position at BJ Tidwell Cabinetry. He has built a career through achieving impressive results in successive roles, each time taking on greater responsibility. As COO, he will embrace the company’s values and make decisions based on moving the business forward.
He and his wife Kelly, look forward to relocating their family to the San Antonio area. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with family and is learning to play piano.
Bill Tidwell is pleased to announce that Jeffrey has joined our team as COO. He adds that Jeffrey is a good fit for our business culture and enhances our manufacturing processes, and with his extensive experience he will help take us to the next level. Ray Dobson adds that Jeffrey brings manufacturing management experience and will add structure to our entire operations including our manufacturing processes and looks forward to working with him in 2018 and beyond.
